Criminal Law

What acts constitute crimes and what penalties should be applied to criminals? Answers to these and many other questions about crime and punishment should be sought in the realm of criminal law – a science, a legal branch, a branch of legislation, and a field of relevant practice. Criminal law consists of two parts, each ending with an exam.
