Anatolii Zaiets
Head of the Department of General Theory of Law and Public Law
Doctor of Law, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine.
Main areas of research: theoretical and conceptual understanding of law, study of its nature, law-making process, establishment of the relationship between law and legislation, study of the relationship between law and state and the role of law in the formation and functioning of the state and society; theoretical and applied aspects of the formation of a legal and social state and the rule of law in Ukraine, problems of formation of Ukrainian parliamentarism, organization and activities of local self-government, study of the forms of government, implementation of the principle of separation of powers; constitutional regulation and mechanisms for protecting human rights and freedoms.
