Methodology of Legal Studies

The course forms the basis for understanding and study of the processes of law formation and development by the students of the master’s program, which helps them to acquire knowledge on the methods of social and legal phenomena researching. The program of the course provides for the study of the basic principles of legal science methodology, the essence of legal theories and concepts, as well as fundamental methods of cognition of law and legal phenomena.
