Defense in Criminal Proceedings

ПThe course covers conducting the attorney’s consultancy work, his or her participation in the pre-trial investigation, in the court proceedings and in the execution of a verdict, ruling or resolution. This course also involves studying the role of an attorney as a representative of a victim, civil plaintiff, defendant, and as a defense counsel of a witness.
