Investigation of Corruption Offenses

The course covers the analysis of primary information on corruption offenses, their qualification, development of versions and preparation of an investigation plan. The students will study how to prepare and conduct inspections, interrogations, and other procedural actions, including within the framework of international cooperation, as well as draft the necessary procedural documents. The course also focuses determining the forms of termination of criminal proceedings on corruption offenses.
