Гостьова лекція доктора Матіаса Гартвіга

27 березня о 16:30 відбудеться гостьова лекція доктора Матіаса Гартвіга із Інституту порівняльного публічного права та міжнародного права імені Макса Планка в Гейдельберзі (Німеччина) щодо функціонування конституційної юрисдикції в Німеччині та інших країнах констинентальної системи права.

Лекція запланована в рамках курсів “Конституційне право” та “Конституційна юрисдикція”. Проте можуть долучатися інші охочі студенти, які не залучені до зазначених курсів.

Інформація про лектора:

Matthias Hartwig studied law in Erlangen, Aix-en-Provence and Freiburg. He defended PhD thesis in international law and now is a Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg, Germany. Dr Hartwig worked as an Assistant at the Federal Constitutional Court of Germany and the Corte costituzionale of Italy. He was lecturer at the University of Heidelberg, Saarbrücken, Trento/Italy, Santiago de Chile, Al Fahrabi University of Alamaty, Universidad del Rosario/Bogotà, Colombia, Hobart/Australia. Dr Hartwig has served as legal counciling at various constitutional courts in Eastern Europe, among others in Russia, Latvia and since 1997 in Ukraine, councelling in the constitution drafting processes in Libya and Yemen. He has published numerous publications in international law, European law, and constitutional law.
