Doctor of Law, Professor.
Head of the Master’s program “Law”, retired judge of the Constitutional
Court of Ukraine; Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, Acting Member of the Ukrainian Academy of Political Sciences.
State awards: Honored Lawyer of Ukraine (1997), Order of Merit, I, II, III degrees (2015, 2001, 1996), Order of Prince Yaroslav the Wise, V degree (2007), Certificate of Honor of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (2006), Certificate of Honor of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine (2002).
Areas of expertise: theory of law, philosophy of law, constitutional law.
Under the supervision of Professor Kozyubra, 9 doctoral and more than 30 PhD theses were defended.
He has published more than 250 scientific works.
