Principle of the Rule of Law and Problems of its Implementation

The course highlights the origins of the idea of the rule of law and its evolution in the history of legal thought, the correlation of the rule of law with a law-based state, analyzes modern approaches to understanding the rule of law in foreign and domestic jurisprudence, and reveals its correlation with the principles of the supremacy of the Constitution, the supremacy of laws and legality. Considerable attention is paid to the analysis of the basic requirements (components) of the rule of law, the status and prospects for improving the guarantees and mechanisms for their implementation in national legal practice.
