Scholarship of Professor Koziubra

The scholarship of Professor Koziubra’s Foundation is awarded to students of the Faculty of Law to stimulate scientific work and encourage them to publish their research results.
The scholarship is awarded annually on a competitive basis for the best publication of a student’s work in a scientific periodical.
The scholarship provides for a one-time reward for the best publication of a student paper in a scientific periodical. The winner receives a reward in the amount of annual interest from the endowment.
The decision to award the laureate is made at a meeting of the Contest Committee through closed voting by a simple majority after preliminary review of the publications submitted to the contest.
The winner of the competition is announced at the Convocation ceremony at the Faculty of Law.
The scholarship was established in 2013 by Mykola Ivanovych Koziubra, Doctor of Law, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine, retired justice of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Honored Lawyer of Ukraine, Professor of the Department of General Theoretical Jurisprudence and Public Law at the Faculty of Law of the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy”, Head of the Master’s Degree Program in Law, and the best lecturer at the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” in 2012.
