Legal Deontology

The course introduces students to the science of law and provides information to deepen their understanding of the patterns of lawyers’ (investigators, prosecutors, judges, notaries, attorneys, etc.) activities. The purpose of the discipline is to provide students with basic understanding of the requirements for lawyers’ professional and personal qualities, to familiarize them with the specifics of their professional activities social regulation, and to reveal the system of the lawyer’s worldview shaping. This contributes to the effective development of future lawyers’ professional skills and the search for optimal solutions in difficult situations not directly regulated by law.
