Introduction to Intellectual Property Law

The purpose of the selective educational discipline Introduction to Intellectual Property Law is a comprehensive study by students of the content of the fundamental provisions of intellectual property law. After completing the course, the student should know: the subject of intellectual property law and the main problems of the development of science in the relevant field of law; main sources and methods of legal regulation of intellectual property relations; grounds for the emergence, change and termination of legal relations in the field of intellectual property; types of objects of intellectual property rights; circle of subjects of intellectual property law; peculiarities of regulating relations between various subjects of intellectual property law; the procedure for legal protection of objects of intellectual property rights and protection of the fundamental rights of subjects of intellectual property rights.
