Rule of Law: Practicum

The course “Rule of Law: Practicum” is aimed at developing students’ modern legal thinking based on the recognition and unconditional acceptance of the highest value of a person, his or her inalienable rights and freedoms, which bind all branches of government as a direct manifestation of the rule of law.
The methodology of presenting the material and the structure of the course in general should ensure that students are able to apply theoretical approaches and concepts in practical law implementation. That is why the number of practical classes will significantly outweigh the amount of theoretical material. The course will allow students to understand the place of the rule of law in the activities of public authorities, as well as the legal mechanisms for ensuring its observance.
