Monetary Law

The optional course in monetary law involves the study of the legal regulation mechanism of the monetary system, monetary relations, monetary transactions, as well as monetary regulation and control. The purpose of the course is to provide students with knowledge in the theory and practice of implementing the institutions of monetary law. This course is aimed at studying the concepts of “monetary system”, clarifying its content and structure; familiarizing students with the system of subjects of monetary regulation and control in Ukraine, their legal status in the country’s monetary system, defining the concept of monetary relations, monetary transactions, legal liability for violations in the field of monetary relations.
