Law Enforcement Theory

The proposed course focuses on the concept of law enforcement as a special form of implementation of law. The process of law enforcement and its stages are analyzed; the requirements of proper law enforcement are discussed. The types of law enforcement acts, legal gaps and ways to eliminate them are considered. Particular attention is paid to legal collisions and ways to resolve them.
