Judicial and Law Enforcement Authorities of Ukraine

The course covers the essential data on the system, major tasks, powers, and other issues of organization and operation of the judicial system of Ukraine, the prosecutor’s office, internal affairs agencies, the Security Service of Ukraine, the state tax service, the state audit service, and other state bodies performing law enforcement functions. The study of this normative course creates the conditions for the formation of the existing system of judicial and law enforcement agencies in Ukraine scientific understanding, and lays the foundation for the practical work of a future lawyer.
