Basics of Drafting Legal Documents

The purpose of the educational discipline “Fundamentals of drafting legal documents” is to introduce students to the types of legal documents in Ukraine and some countries of the world, as well as to study the rules and principles of drafting certain types of legal documents. The educational discipline “Fundamentals of drafting legal documents” is aimed at forming students’ practical skills for the construction of legal texts, understanding the difference between legal documents, as well as familiarization with the latest trends in the preparation of various types of documents.
