Municipal Law

The course “Municipal Law” is intended for students of the bachelor’s program to study the legal foundations of local self-government in Ukraine. The subject of study is the constitutional principles of local self-government in relation to the administrative-territorial system of the state, international legal standards of local democracy, basic concepts and models of local self-government, the system of local self-government in Ukraine, the sphere of competence of local self-government, the structure, order of formation, functioning and termination of powers of local self-government bodies and officials.
