Doctor of Law, Candidate of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (a degree of Candidate of Science), Senior Research Fellow. Member of Parliament of Ukraine of the III-VI convocations.
Research interests: comparative constitutional law, electoral law, referendum law, constitutional procedural law, parliamentary law, political parties and elections, legal issues of local self-government.
