International Economic Law

International Economic Law is an academic course aimed at the study of public international law governing interstate economic relations. It considers both public law relations by form and property relations by content of subjects of public international law, as well as public law relations of such subjects aimed at regulating private economic relations. The purpose of the course is to deepen the knowledge of students gained during the study of the relevant topic in the course of public international law.
