Methodology for Preparing Research in Law

The course provides students with knowledge of modern international standards for preparing and conducting legal research and introduces them to the methodology of writing qualifying master’s theses. Based on the topics they have chosen for their master’s projects, students will have the opportunity to develop practical skills in working with literature and modern legal information databases in Ukrainian and English, as well as skills in formulating research goals and objectives, developing research design, conducting research, and writing a scientific text based on the research results. The practical skills acquired are necessary for a modern lawyer to perform any complex task, the results of which must be set forth in writing.
