Medical Law

The purpose of the course is to introduce students to the key legal issues of the modern healthcare system. The issues of social justice, defended by law, are closely related to the activities of the medical industry. The course covers the constitutional and legislative levels of regulation of patient rights, mechanisms for protecting these rights as human rights, and the legal status of healthcare professionals. The course covers provisions on legal regulation of quality, access to health care as a constitutional right of everyone, the problems of medical court cases, peculiarities of health care legislation and legal aspects of medical practice.
