Criminal Procedural Law

The course is aimed at covering the concept, purposes and principles of criminal proceedings, the authority of the court and the powers of the parties in the conduct of proceedings, the substance of evidence and the system of its sources, security measures for criminal proceedings; case flow at all stages of criminal proceedings, as well as special procedures for criminal proceedings. Major foundations of organization and operation of judicial and law enforcement agencies of Ukraine in criminal proceedings at the pre-trial and trial stages of justice in Ukraine are also within the focus of the course.
