Criminalistics

The course covers the major foundations of pre-trial investigation bodies in cooperation with other state bodies or officials organization and operation for the implementation of criminal proceedings at the pre-trial investigation. The course provides for conditions for the formation of a scientific understanding of the committing criminal offenses, identifying information about them mechanisms, and applying the obtained factual data in criminal proceedings in Ukraine.
