Commercial Procedure Law

The course covers the operation of economic courts, history of their development, problems of consideration of economic disputes, as well as practice of implementation of the economic procedural legislation of Ukraine. Developing scientific understanding of the existing system of economic courts in Ukraine, studying court practice and laying the foundation for practicing law are also within the course’s aims.
