Associate Professor of the Department of Private Law
Candidate of Science of Law (PhD), Associate Professor.
Since 1999, Dr. Logush has been working at the National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy” at the Department of Private Law and in the experimental training laboratory “Law Clinic”.
In June 1974, she graduated from the Law Faculty of Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. On February 28, 1997, she defended her PhD thesis on the topic: “Farming in the United States: Legal Aspects (Experience for Ukraine)”, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Candidate of Science of Law (PhD).
From 1994 to the present, Dr. Logush has been a partner at Logush, Borsuk, Bronfman & Chorniy, a managing partner of the Kyiv office of the law firm.
