Environmental Law

The course aimes at covering the general provisions of national, international and European environmental legislation, acquisition of skills of its application in practice of law implementation, law enforcement, environmental protection, and human rights protection. Solving practical issues that arise in the process of implementation of environmental legal capacity of participants of environmental legal relations, proper application of the environmental legal provisions, which are combined into an integrated framework of natural resource, ecological (environmental) and anthropological protection are also within the focus of this course.
