Practice of Advocacy: International and National Aspects

The course aims to provide students with knowledge of the history of the Bar, the basics of legal regulation of the Bar and practice of advocacy, the content of professional rights and duties of an attorney, as well as procedural and other legal methods of their implementation. Familiarization of students with the issues of ethics of relations with clients, representatives of law enforcement agencies and other institutions, fee policy, formation of the public professional image of an attorney, organizational and technical support of his or her activities ensures the practical focus of the course. Completion of the proposed course will help students create a general understanding of a wide range of issues of the practice of advocacy.
