Administrative Process

The administrative process occupies a special place in the reform of the society, overcoming crises in the economy and social sphere. This institute bears the main burden of legal support for administrative reform, constitutional principles of organization of executive power, humanization of state activity, and ensuring the exercise of the rights of legal entities and individuals. The purpose of the course is to provide future lawyers with a set of knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for them to perform their future work duties at the required professional level. The most important tasks of the course are to provide students with in-depth knowledge of the main categories of administrative process, its basic concepts, means of administrative and legal support of human rights and freedoms, acquiring skills of drafting the necessary procedural documents.
