Dr. Ivan Yatskevych (PhD in Labour Law and Social Security) research on theoretical and practical problems of labour law and social security law. The focus of the research is on the issues of legal guarantees for the implementation of the right to work, including the issue of legal regulation of legal guarantees in labor law, employment, the right of people with disabilities, to social protection and employment. Dr. Yatskevych is a lead researcher of the research team on the topic of just transition to work after war in Ukraine, decent work conditions and reconstruction of national economy in the context of the European integration of Ukraine (2024-2026).
