🎯 Purpose of the Fundraising:
All donated money will support the development of the Faculty of Law at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, based on the Faculty Dean’s request.
Fundraising Period:
January 1 – December 31, 2025.
💰 What happens to unused funds if a project is not carried out?
If a project cannot be completed, the funds will be used for other important needs of the Faculty of Law at NaUKMA or NaUKMA in general. This will be decided by the Foundation’s Supervisory Board, based on a request from the Faculty Dean. Donors will be informed about this decision via email.
✅ Donor’s Consent:
By donating to a specific project, donors agree that their funds may be used for other projects if the project period ends or the full amount needed is not collected. This decision will be made by the Foundation’s Supervisory Board and communicated to donors via email. Donors also agree that their contributions are non-refundable.
