Land Law

The course aims at teaching students on the importance of the rules governing various forms of protection of subjective rights and interests protected by law, their nature; showing the increasing role of land law at the present stage of development of the country in the light of the right of individuals to land guaranteed by the Constitution of Ukraine, familiarizing students with the functioning of the land market; demonstrating the inextricable link between the provisions of law and their practical application.
