Ensuring Fulfillment of Obligations

The course covers the principles and patterns of ensuring the fulfillment of obligations legal regulation, as well as the main institutions of ensuring, studying the conceptual legal features and role of these institutions based on the examples from the legal experience of Ukraine and foreign countries, as well as international practice. Students will acquire basic knowledge and understanding of the differences between related legal institutions, as well as develop the ability to critically analyze current legislation and law enforcement practice.
