Legal Regulation of M&A Transactions

The course involves studying the peculiarities of concluding and actual execution of merger-related transactions. It covers acquisitions, transformation of corporate structures in accordance with the current legislation, as well as the peculiarities of legal regulation of social relations arising from the execution of the above transactions. Particular attention is paid to the content, forms and methods of state regulation of such social relations, as well as the competence of state bodies that are responsible for regulating these relations.
