The course is aimed at providing students opportunities in acquiring theoretical knowledge and understanding differences between related legal institutions, as well as developing the ability to critically analyze current legislation and law enforcement practice in the field of civil law. Solving practical problems, correctly defining the subject and object in civil law relations, determining the legal mechanism for their implementation in specific situations, and correctly applying the norms of Ukrainian legislation.
