The course covers the legal organization of labor and employment of citizens, social partnership, terms and procedure for concluding, amending and terminating an employment contract, the essence and composition of working hours and rest periods, remuneration and labor protection, labor discipline, the procedure for settling labor disputes (conflicts), supervision and control in the field of labor.
