Judicial Lawmaking
The elective course aims to provide students with an in-depth knowledge of judicial lawmaking issues, to develop the ability to apply the achievements of diverse fields of study in the area of judicial lawmaking, to teach students how to use international experience in this area, to combine the achievements of legal science with practice, and to prepare students to participate in lawmaking activities of public authorities and in research.
