Professional Responsibility of a Lawyer

The course includes studying the basic principles of professional responsibility of a lawyer. The course contains a certain range of knowledge in the field of specific norms of attorneys’, judges’, and prosecutors’ professional ethics. The course is based on the methods by Socrates and comparative studies and involves familiarizing students with the principles of professional responsibility of lawyers in Europe and America.
