Modern Legal Systems

Legal systems of states in comparative law are considered; allows for a deeper understanding of the processes and phenomena occurring in the legal system, to more effectively solve the problems that have arisen in this system, to make the necessary corrections in a timely manner in the mechanism of legal regulation of social relations in the state. Formation of students’ general imagination about the scientific and methodological foundations of the legal systems of world states, their typology, mechanisms of their international interaction.
