The course aimes at providing students with knowledge of legal relations in the field of foreign economic activity, the legal status of subjects of foreign economic activity, the procedure for concluding, executing and enforcing foreign economic contracts, the legal basis for protecting the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of foreign economic activity and foreign business entities, gaining experience in working with commercial and legal documents.
