Legal Regulation of Bankruptcy

The major purpose of the course is to provide students with knowledge of the theory and practice of insolvency (bankruptcy) law in Ukraine application. Students acquire knowledge of the institution of insolvency (bankruptcy) as a legal instrument for the settlement of debts of business entities unable to fulfill their financial obligations to creditors.
