Lawmaking: Problems of Theory and Practice

The course aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the concepts, types, and principles of lawmaking, lawmaking techniques, and the rules and means of creating and systematizing legal acts. The objectives of the course are to provide students with an in-depth study of the issues in lawmaking and lawmaking techniques, to develop their ability to apply the achievements of various academic fields with focus on lawmaking, to use international experience in the field of lawmaking, to combine the achievements of legal science with practice, and to prepare students for participation in the lawmaking activities of state authorities and for academic research and teaching.
