Lawmaking: Problems of Theory and Practice
The course aims to provide students with a system of modern knowledge about the concepts, types and principles of lawmaking, lawmaking techniques, rules and means of creating and systematizing legal acts based on modern national and foreign materials. The course is aimed to prepare students to participate in lawmaking activities of public authorities, private institutions, as well as to conduct research and academic work. The course is delivered on the basis of advanced Ukrainian and foreign materials and experience. Special attention is paid to the digitalization of lawmaking. The course utilizes Socratic method.
