The course is aimed at studying the legal aspects of the functioning of the European Union (EU), the delimitation of the competence of the EU and the prospects of Ukraine’s economic integration into the EU internal market. The course pays special attention to the legal aspects of the EU-Ukraine Association and Free Trade Area, as well as the legal status of Ukrainian entities in the EU.
