Intellectual Property Law
The course covers the basic concepts, terminology, sources of intellectual property law, institutions and objects of intellectual property law, criteria for their eligibility for legal protection, state and international system of intellectual property protection, methods of management of intellectual property rights, as well as methods and forms of protection of personal non-property and property rights of intellectual property.
