Practical Issues of Criminal Justice
The course aims to provide students with comprehensive knowledge of the criminal justice system functioning, as well as the practical issues that arise and ways to solve them. The other aim of the course is to form students’ understanding of the practical challenges in developing and reforming the criminal justice system, its legislative framework, institutional structure, educational and personnel, scientific and methodological, financial and material base, as well as information support.
