Practical aspects of attracting foreign investments and their taxation

The aim of the course is to familiarize students with the practical aspects of attracting and taxing foreign investments from the perspective of various branches of Ukrainian legislation, as well as the practical experience of teachers.

The course covers forms of investment by both individuals and legal entities, sources of investment, taxation of investments, features of foreign investment protection, and resolution of investment disputes.

Particular focus is made on the structuring of foreign investments: using real-life case studies, taking into account legislative features and obstacles that arise in practice, students will independently apply the information learned during the course.
