The course focuses on the basic notions, principles and foundations of legal regulation of business activity, peculiarities of the legal status of business entities, the legal basis for their creation, operation and termination of activity, as well as peculiarities of legal protection. This course also covers the basic principles and mechanisms of state regulation of business activity.
