Notary of Ukraine

A special course for acquiring knowledge and practical skills for the professional education of a lawyer. It contains a set of knowledge about the history of the notary, its main institutions, its significance among other legal specialties for the development of a modern state governed by the rule of law. The course develops the ability to apply the provisions of the law for preparing a notarial deed, performing and certifying notarial acts, forming and maintaining a notarial archive. It introduces the procedure for maintaining, using and applying state and unified registers in notarial practice. It provides understanding of the “non-notarial” functions of the notary of Ukraine: a notary as a state registrar (in the State Register of Property Rights, in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Non-Governmental Organizations), as a subject of primary financial monitoring and a tax agent.
