International Business Transactions (in English)

The specialized course is intended for master’s and doctoral students and consists of a series of lectures and workshops on the following topics: the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, principles of European contract law, international settlements, agency services and franchising, and dispute resolution in the course of concluding and performing international commercial contracts.
