International Cooperation in Criminal Proceedings

The course is introducing students to the problematic aspects of the international legal assistance provision by authorized state bodies in criminal proceedings. Students get the opportunity to study the procedure for extradition of persons who have committed criminal offenses, criminal proceedings regarding the reception, recognition and enforcement of judgments of foreign courts as well as the transfer of convicted persons.
