International Humanitarian Law

International Humanitarian Law, which is taught in many countries around the world, and now at Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, is a specialized course dedicated to such issues as international and non-international armed conflicts, methods and means of their conduct, combatants and non-combatants, protection of civilians and objects, internal displacement caused by armed conflicts, etc. A special feature of the course is that it is taught by several professors and involves guest lecturers.
